We want you and your pet to love your order. If something's not right, here's how we can help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Items we can't accept back

  • Used toys, chews, or grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged by pets or normal wear
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
